The Community Care and Assisted Living Appeal Board recognizes the importance of hearings being open to the public. The Board generally conducts appeals as oral hearings, using videoconferencing software (Microsoft Teams), where possible and appropriate.
To provide effective public access to oral hearings, the Board publishes a list of upcoming hearings on this webpage. If you wish to attend a hearing as a member of the public, please contact the Board by email at info@bcccalab.ca at least one week before the hearing to request access from the presiding Member. The email should identify the hearing from the schedule below.
